Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. We can't cancel on your behalf because billing runs through the platform.
Sparrow Collect estimates prices using machine-learning models trained on aggregated marketplace data. Estimates are informational, not appraisals. Thin markets (rare items, low recent activity) can show wider price ranges. You can refresh comps on demand from the item detail screen.

You can export your collection (CSV) from Settings → Export before deleting. After deletion the data is gone and we can't recover it.
Vision-based item identification is best-effort and improves with corrections. If a scan misidentifies an item, tap Correct on the result — your correction trains future scans for everyone.
